I don’t care how good your home cinema setup is films are better at the cinema. That’s why I always take the opportunity to see an older film at the cinema on the odd occasion they get a new print. With rapidly developing digital technology in theory it should be easier and cheaper for film companies to reissue films in the future. Universal are taking advantage and showing five classic films for a limited time:
I unfortunately missed Spartacus but saw The Blues Brothers recently. Next up is Scarface later this month then later in the year we have The Thing and National Lampoon’s Animal House.
